CLIA and our Subscriber law societies take cyber awareness seriously. CLIA administers a Mandatory Cyber insurance program. This product is purchased by each CLIA Subscribing Law Society and provides coverage for their members. CLIA also provides an optional, enhanced Stand-alone Cyber insurance product which can augment your protection, and provide your firm with robust coverage for its potential expenses and lost revenues in the event of a breach or attack. But more importantly, we want you to have the knowledge and tools to avoid a cyber attack. The Law Society of Manitoba has put together a comprehensive Cyber Security Resource Library to assist lawyers no matter their jurisdiction. As noted on their website:
